Covered under 2 year warrant. Dealt with Customer Care Ruth W. Returned defective Mask, two lights in the lower left hand side came on very hot. Couldn't use it in case it started a fire or I burned myself. Was promised a refund (wire) to my bank account. Provided all bank details. Last request was for transit number May 11, 2025. Last email from Ruth W was May 12 "This has now been processed to accounts team for them to make payment''.
Received an email from Current Body Canada May 20 for online gift card $576.78? I will not be buying another mask.
I want a refund as promised not a gift card!
