I called customer service because I was unable to log in to my account. During the call, the representative was not helpful and spoke in a tone that I felt was dismissive and unprofessional. She informed me that she could not assist me without my account number, and I was trying to locate it on my invoice. However, she repeatedly stated the same thing instead of helping me find another way to verify my account.
At one point, I told her to stop speaking to me as if I were stupid. After that, she said she would not tolerate my behavior and threatened to hang up, continuing to escalate the situation. I did not say anything further after that.
I was not given the representative’s name, but I believe this individual needs additional training in customer service and professionalism. This experience was unacceptable, especially since I was only trying to get help resetting access to my account.
