have used this product before with no problem, got a can of root touch up spray for gray hair, Scalp startyed iching within hours, started burning after a day or so. Used the product about 3 times within a week and a half just on my roots on my hair at the top of scalp. When i realized that the product was the cause of itching a burning i stopped using it immediately. washed it out to no avail , it continued itching and burning for several weeks. even caused sores on my scalp, hair loss of about 1/2 the volume before using it.
Claimed loss: Gift card for hair cut and services cant be used until scalp heals, had to get OTC meds for sores on head. Had meds chganged to rule out the cause from Dr. went back to Dr. to document the damage done to my scalp
Desired outcome: Compensation for the gift card and medication. , and the embarassment of not being able to have my hair cut and colored due to sores on my scalp
