I had a cruise on April 27 2026 on the Glory. I had confirmed twice that I could check my wheel chair in the same time I checked my luggage. This was my 11 cruise with you and have always done this. When I arrived I was told I could not do that. I had to go to customer service and was told that since I did not have my medication with me.. which I have always packed in my suitcase.. I was told that if my luggage was not in my room by 3:oo they would have to take me off the ship. And youur pot smoking is getting terrible, I have to viedos of people smoking pot.

Claimed loss: no loss but very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Everyone of your employees should know the same rule and the pot smoking and employees walking around and doing nothing is unreal.
