Awful bank with predatory business practices. I have closed all cards associated with Synchrony at this point. Their employees are inept. They give canned response and only focus is on squeezing every dime out of consumer. Closed my account without my permission, even though I was active in the last 12 months. Refused to honor award points I earned even though they closed the account. Charged me fee for an error on their end and refused to waive. Buyer beware. I will never associate myself with this bank again.
