I am writing with a heavy heart. I bought a headboard on Friday 15 May 2026 at Bradlows Bloemfontein Heidedal shop at Twin City. Gave them my contact details and new address as i have moved from where i stayed. I did not receive any communication about the delivery via telephone or emails. Today on the 20th the delivery took place without anyone notifying me in advance. I would like to cancel my order. I am really disappointed my nr is [protected]
Recommendation: poor service of the drivers
