I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your restaurant. Mother’s Day is supposed to be a wonderful day to spend with family, but as a guest in a party of 8 this past Sunday 5/10/26, it was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
When our food arrived, it was either not hot or there were errors with the order. Furthermore, it was very difficult to get refills, and the staff was not the friendliest throughout our visit. Also our bill was over $150 so definitely expected better service.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your service for future guests.
