BlueVine review: Poor customer service

Bluevine has some of the worst customer service and lending practices I’ve experienced. Communication was inconsistent, responses were delayed, and getting clear answers felt nearly impossible. The lending terms were far less transparent than they initially appeared, and the overall process felt heavily stacked in their favor.

For a company that promotes helping small businesses, the experience felt impersonal and frustrating. I would strongly recommend that other business owners read every detail carefully and explore other funding options before committing to Bluevine.
