I am 85 and unable to reach the second shelf for the diapers I wanted at the warner Robins store. I asked associate for help but she said no one was there to help me. They only had someone with fork lift at night. I told them at customer service about it at the Warner Robins Store. she would have helped.I said no I just wanted to report it. I left and BJ's didn't get my $39.+ dollars. I did buy other things but was very upset.

Desired outcome: Want someone there to help old people like me who can't reach Things. This was after 2:00 pm Audrey F Brown founding member #[protected]
