On March 26, 2026 iPhone Bella alliance because the TV box is no longer working. I cannot plug the power cord into the back because the adaptor fell inside the box. I phoned again on April 28, 2026, I spoke to somebody else who informed me that there is no ticket issued for March 26th. The person I spoke to on April 28 gave me a ticket number. Ticket number is 347-5095. I called 4 times on April 13, 2026, I kept getting booted out of the system. On April 14 I called again, the first person I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. I called back again and spoke to somebody in technical. He informed me that yes there is a ticket for April 28, but that it hasn’t been processed. The customer service for Bell Aliant is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
Desired outcome: I would like a credit for the six weeks that I paid for cable.
