Needed to replace my phone battery. Asurion was looking for a ubreak I fix near me. Could not locate one in my zip code. There was a store 3 miles from my house but Asurion stated that battery coverage was not covered at that location. It would be covered at a location 2.5 hours away though. What a disservice and unacceptable answer. They suggested maybe turning the phone in and paying a $275 deductible. Or if I were to be traveling to another area, checking with them to see if coverage would be available. How unbelievable.

Desired outcome: No resolution except trade phone in for a $275 deductible which was 2.5x the remaining phone balance under the ATT plan. Again unacceptable. But they understood. ???
